Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that you may sometimes change your mind. Here’s our cancellation and refund policy:

🕒 Order Cancellation:

Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@lookzaar.com with your order number.

After Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are shipped

Custom/Printed Orders:

Since we use print-on-demand, once your t-shirt is printed specifically for you, cancellation is not possible.

💰 Refunds:

If your order is cancelled within the eligible time, the full amount will be refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer.
